At Paleotech AI, we stand behind the quality of our AI prompt engineering courses. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for our Services.

Refund Guarantee Period
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase for all courses, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Automatic Qualifying Reasons for Refund
You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:
  • Technical issues preventing access to course content that cannot be resolved by our support team 
  • Course content is significantly different from the description provided at time of purchase 
  • Instructor cancellation or unavailability for live courses
  • Platform failure or extended downtime that prevents course access for more than 48 consecutive hours

Proof of technical issues may be required for technical-related refund requests.

Discretionary Refund Reasons
We may, at our discretion, provide refunds for the following reasons:
  • Dissatisfaction with content quality
  • Course difficulty level mismatch with student expectations
  • Duplicate purchases

A reason for the refund request must be provided for all discretionary refund requests.

Note: We do not provide refunds for personal circumstances such as job loss, health issues, or other individual situations.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
  • Course completion beyond the specified threshold (see Refund Calculation below) 
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or course policies
  • Evidence of abuse of this refund policy
  • After certificates of completion have been issued

Refund Calculation
Self-Paced Courses
Refunds for self-paced courses are calculated using a prorated system based on both content accessed and time elapsed:
  • First 7 days: 100% refund regardless of content accessed
  • Days 8-30: Prorated refund calculated as follows:
  • Formula: [(Total Modules - Completed Modules) / Total Modules] × Purchase Price
  • Maximum 30 days from purchase date
  • No refund if more than 75% of modules have been completed
Live/Cohort Courses
  • Full refund available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start date
  • No refunds available once the course has begun
Bundled Courses
For course bundles, refunds are calculated based on individual courses accessed:
  • Unused courses in the bundle are eligible for full refund within 30 days
  • Partially used courses follow the self-paced refund calculation above
  • Completed courses (75%+ modules finished) are non-refundable

Processing Timeline and Method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval of refund request
  • Payment method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Administrative fees: No administrative fees will be charged for legitimate refund requests

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
  1. Contact our support team at gail@paleotech.ai within 30 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and account information
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. Include supporting documentation if requesting a refund for technical issues


Anti-Abuse Measures
To maintain fairness for all students, we monitor for patterns of refund abuse, including but not limited to:
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer within a 12-month period
  • Requesting refunds after substantial content consumption
  • Evidence of account sharing or unauthorized access
  • Suspicious patterns of enrollment and refund requests

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to violate the intent of this policy.

Corporate and Team Enrollments
Corporate and team enrollments may be subject to different refund terms as specified in separate agreements or enrollment communications.

Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Modified policies will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the changes.
